Our History

Langworthy Farm dates back to 1875, when the large and gracious home that now serves as Langworthy Inn was built on the home site of Governor Samuel Ward (1725-1776). Much of the original farmland became a gorgeous protected open space in 1990, managed by the Weekapaug Foundation for Conservation.

We fell in love with this property years ago, and in 2023 were fortunate enough to become its next stewards. With hospitality and chemistry backgrounds, we look forward to continuing and enhancing the Langworthy Inn and Winery traditions and offerings. Join our mailing list for updates on both.
